Mongoose Metrics’ AccuTrack Session tracks the last web page visited by a phone lead through a JavaScript snippet installed on your site. When a phone call is placed, AccuTrack Session correlates the call to a specific visitor session and the URL they were on prior to calling.
This data can then be sent to your web analytics and CRM software through a URL post-back. Call tracking data, combined with online conversions and sales information, forms a complete, closed-loop conversion picture, which is needed for campaign success.
