Hi, my name is Drew Johnson and today I want to talk about ROI feedback feature. The ROI feedback feature really allows our clients to close the loop from marketing spend to ROI. What it does is it allows them to quickly analyze and see what calls are producing revenue and which ones aren’t. The way it works is: when a client receives a telephone call, they’ll be notified that it came from the Mongoose system. Once they are notified, the call will be handled normally, just like a normal sales call or service call. Once the call’s completed, the operator will stay on the telephone call, and the lead or person calling will hang up the telephone. At that point, our system will kick in again and prompt the user or operator to enter information about the call. That information can vary from whatever our clients want it to do. Most of the time, clients will have operators input the sales amount (in terms of dollar or revenue amount), how the call went on a sliding scale (1 through 10), or even the salesperson’s ID number, so that when they look back at the calls they can see not only how much revenue was brought in for that particular call, but they can see who took the call and the next steps in that call as well. What it really allows them to do then, when looking at the system, is they can see the number of calls they received in a given timeframe, as well as the revenue attached to it, so there’s no need to go in, listen to the calls or analyze the calls in a manual setting. In summary, it really allows our clients to close the loop and analyze which keywords are working and which ones aren’t.
