Call Connection Charge- The charge that your account incurs every time someone calls your unique trackable phone number and the call is successfully connected to your destination number. Please see our service price page for more information.

Call Detail Report - Within your account user console the Call Detail Report (CDR) is the primary report which documents call activity.

Destination Number - The phone number that your unique trackable phone number points to. It is the phone number that you want to ring when someone calls your trackable phone number.

Trackable - For the purposes of Mongoose Metrics services the term 'trackable' (used commonly in our site literature within the term unique trackable phone number) is meant to describe when the unique trackable phone number is dialed and the call connection is made to the destination number, call details are logged and made visible in your account's Call Detail Report. Details include the date and time of the call, duration, incoming phone number, and other details which all go to document the calls placed to this number. In this way the phone number is said to be trackable.

Unique Trackable Phone Number - It is a unique phone number that you procure through Mongoose Metrics. Because this is an unpublished phone number that is not in circulation it is unique. Because it is unique it is therefore trackable whenever someone calls the phone number. Place the unique trackable phone number in marketing campaigns in place of the destination phone number. When the number is dialed, the call is bridged through Mongoose Metrics to the destination phone number.
