Hello, this is Brad Reynolds, the CEO of Mongoose Metrics. I wanted to explain to marketing executives our core value proposition, some of the areas where we provide a significant amount of value to your organization and basically make your life easier.
Our core value proposition is that we're the leader in the world of understanding phone conversion optimizations. So how we do that is by understanding what's going on in phone conversions for your business, getting inside of the phone call, telling you what events triggered during that call, and then being able to take that phone call and link it back to marketing sources as well as existing business process integrations like CRMs. So the key is that if your business has some percentage of its conversions happening via the phone, you need the Mongoose Metrics data set and visualization to help build that into your total conversion picture.
One of the things that we do is we help you visualize your marketing funnel. We think about things in terms of funnels of people. So you can look at the marketing component of the funnel, the conversion event, and then for a complex sale, the sales component where the sale isn't happening on the phone call. So what we do is we give you insight and enterprise visibility into what's happening when somebody converts offline. Then you can combine that with your online conversions and get a full picture of how things are converting. Just knowing what conversions are, though, doesn't help you impact and improve your business. You need to understand, "okay, we've converted; now how have we sold? How do we tie that back into marketing sources? Which marketing source are actions generating conversions? Is there a difference between online and offline conversions for our business and how do we optimize them?" We give you the data, if a portion of your business is converting via a phone channel, to be able to answer all of those questions and take action on your marketing spend.
Another feature or value that we provide is we can accommodate a variety of marketing channels. So whether you're doing traditional marketing, print, billboard, television and you want some sort of a tracking number and conversion optimization for that, or if you're doing a newer-generation social media or mobile, we can give you tracking numbers and the ability to understand who's interacting with you through those mediums, as well as the current online methods. So we're able to tie back a phone call to the different online marketing sources, how people are interacting with your website, how they've interacted with your CRM, to give you a full picture of that individual and how to better attract individuals like them to your business.
And finally, we allow you the ability to integrate seamlessly into your existing business process. So whether you're using a CRM system like SalesForce, Sugar or Microsoft, or using a web analytics systems like Omniture Webtrends, or a bid management system like Kenshoo, Marin or Acquisio, we're able to take the Mongoose data and inject it inside of those systems so that you can get a complete picture of your online conversions - how people are interacting with your site and purchasing online - as well as your offline conversions - how many people have called your business to buy something or to set up a sales appointment or a sales demo. Being able to visualize your online and offline conversions, as well as tie them back into marketing sources and how they've gone through your sales funnel, to be able to figure out what your return on investment is, is an extremely critical component to being able to tweak or improve your business.
