Inside your Ad Group screen below, you can see the aggregated conversion metric. The example below shows two conversions. At this level of the integration, you do not know whether the conversion is an online or offline conversion.

Inside of your Conversion Report, you can see each of your conversion trigger pages and how many conversions happened with their associated value. The Mongoose Metrics proprietary Adwords integration can associate custom conversion values for each individual phone conversion event. Using our ROI Feedback technology, each conversion can be the actual unique sale value. At the Conversion Report level, data for a conversion page is aggregated into both online and offline conversions by default. A simple way to separate online and offline would be to configure each meta type of conversion to trigger a separate conversion page.

In the All Conversion Type listing, you can see that we have configured SPC Phone Call as a specific Google Adwords conversion type. We then know that the drill down within this action type will contain only conversions which have resulted from phone calls.

The ROI report merges the CPC costing per conversion with the value of the sales received from the conversion. As you can see, at the keyword level the 'phone tracker reviews' keyword has generated 2 conversions of value $26 on a cost per click of $2.04 for 1200% ROI. This should result in you tweaking your ad spend to increase bid and/or scope on these terms as they show excellent returns.

Our goal is to provide actionable information usable by the customer to modify their ad spend, both to increase sales in areas which are demonstrating success and reduce spend in areas not performing.
