Hi, I’m Rob Bisker, sales manager here at Mongoose Metrics. Today I’m here to talk to you about our Accutrack Session product. Accutrack Session is the flagship product here at Mongoose Metrics. It’s one of the only products of its type that allows you to get keyword-level granularity around your marketing spend and your ad campaigns. With Mongoose Metrics’ Accutrack Session product, we take a variable phone number and assign it to each unique visitor that comes to your site. We then tie that phone number to the Session ID information, which allows us to track all of their offline information from that point forward. By doing that, you’re able to get the keyword that actually drove that visit to the site, and also link it to the phone call that actually happens to occur in your sales center. Not only are we able to track that keyword and tell you if it turned into a phone call, but we’re also able to tell you what type of traffic it was, whether that be pay-per-click or organic, what type of campaign it may have occurred from, the last URL that that visitor visited on your site, the caller ID, and even more importantly, what type of ad type or creative campaign actually drove that call. The other great part about our Session product is that it’s fully integrated into many reporting tools such as Google Analytics and many CRM systems.
