Mongoose Metrics' AccuTrack Source™ offers clients enterprise-level call tracking through dynamic source tracking numbers. We allocate a discrete phone number for each unique source you want to track. These tracking sources can be keywords, affiliate IDs, search engines or any other identifiers. When a visitor arrives at your site, Mongoose Metrics conducts a dynamic lookup to determine which phone number is associated with the visitor's origin page. That phone number is allocated and then cookied within your visitor's browser.

AccuTrack Source is intended to bridge AccuTrack 1:1 and AccuTrack Session. AccuTrack Source is appropriate for customers who want some level of granular insight regarding where their phone conversions are coming from, but do not need the session based details (keyword, URL history, geo location) associated with our AccuTrack Session product.

Example Application

AccuTrack Source is useful for clients who want to understand how their PPC campaigns through Google, Yahoo, and MSN are converting into phone calls. Using AccuTrack Source, the client could map a seperate phone number to Google, Yahoo, and MSN so that visitors coming from each of those engines would be assigned the phone number corresponding to their arrival. Once this is understood, the client may want to follow a growth plan that upgrades the Google campaign to AccuTrack Session for more detailed session-based information gathering. The client can then keep the Yahoo and MSN campaigns under AccuTrack Source.

AccuTrack Source integrates with a variety of web analytics and CRM packages. Our goal is to integrate source and conversion information directly into a customer's existing business process. ROI Feedback Feature

Included with AccuTrack Source is the ROI Feedback feature. This feature enables clients to report directly on the results of a phone call via a prompt system after each call is completed. ROI Feedback requires no additional configuration on the customer side. Data gathered via ROI Feedback can include information such as sales amount, order ID, qualifications and scheduling. The data gathered can be customized for each customer to accurately capture relevant results from the call. This data can then be exported through Mongoose Metrics integration into a web analytics or CRM package.
